Deskside is a technology and engineering services firm. Nothing on the Site is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation of any strategy. The charts, figures, and examples on the Site use synthetic data for illustration only and don't describe any real company, client, dataset, or result.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited or harmful material.

3. Information you send us

Please don't send us confidential, proprietary, or material non-public information through the Site or by unsolicited email. Until we've agreed confidentiality terms in writing, we can't treat unsolicited submissions as confidential, although we will handle them as described in our Privacy policy.

Our total liability relating to the Site won't exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

If the Site links to other websites, we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Governing law
